18.06.2015 Petitioner happens to be the father of the boy with whom the deceased had affair and supposedly became pregnant and during course of abortion she died.

The other version is that she was poisoned by the father and mother, because of the above fact. There is nothing to link the petitioner with the death of the victim. In view of the same, anticipatory bail application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 15,000/- (fifteen thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial
