2. With the consent of the parties this writ application

Patna High Court CWJC No.11609 of 2025(2) dt.22-07-2025 2/3 is being disposed off at this stage itself.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for the reliefs as claimed for in the present writ application, the petitioner has already filed a representation dated 28.05.2025 (annexure-P/5) before the Municipal Commissioner, Patna Municipal Corporation, Patna, which is still pending. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be satisfied if an appropriate direction could be issued to the Patna Municipal Corporation, Patna to dispose off the pending representation on merits after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner within a fixed time frame.

4. To this prayer being made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned senior counsel for the Patna Municipal Corporation, Patna does not have any objection.

5. Considering the formal nature of the prayer being made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ application is disposed off directing the Patna Municipal Commissioner, Patna Municipal Corporation, Patna to dispose off the pending representation dated 28.05.2025 (annexure P/5) after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and all other parties concerned by passing a reasoned and a speaking order. The entire exercise must be completed within a period of

6. With the aforesaid observations and directions, the present writ application is disposed off.
