Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that against the order of the District Land Acquisition Officer cum Collector, Kaimur, he had approached Land Acquisition Rehabilitation and Resettlement Authority, But the same was not being accepted for nine months.

The office of the Land Acquisition Rehabilitation and Resettlement Authority under Section 64 of the Land Acquisition Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act 2013 was approached by the petitioner but the same was not accepted.

Patna High Court CWJC No.3559 of 2021(2) dt.21-07-2022 2/2 The Land Acquisition Rehabilitation and Resettlement Authority is directed to accept the petition of the petitioner and dispose of the same within three months from today. Any limitation shall be condoned by the Land Acquisition Rehabilitation and Resettlement Authority.
