Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Chenari P. S. case no. 158/2014 registered under sections 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner no.1, namely, Kamta Ram has already been dismissed vide order dated 25.3.2015. So far as petitioner nos. 2, 3 and 4 are concerned, admittedly, petitioner no.2 is mother-in-law whereas petitioner nos. 3 and 4 are brothers-in-law of the deceased.

There are some silent features of the case and it is apparent from perusal of the first information report that information regarding death of deceased was given by father-in-law as well as husband to the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11994 of 2015 (3) dt.27-04-2015 informant and having got the aforesaid information, he came and participated in the cremation of the deceased. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let petitioner nos. 2, 3 and 4, namely, Hewanti Devi, Kundan Kumar and Brijnandan Kumar. be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Ambika Prasad Choudhary, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Sasaram (Rohtas)/concerned court in Chenari P. S. case no. 158/2014 subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
