Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Samastipur Mufassil P. S. case no. 485/2014 registered under sections 363 and 366A of the Indian Penal Code.
Victim Anjani Kumari appeared in course of investigation and her statement under section 164 Cr.P.C was recorded. Victim disclosed her age as 18 years whereas court assessed her age as 17 years. Moreover, victim, specifically, stated that she solemnized her marriage with her own sweet will with Krishna Kumar who happens to be son of petitioner no.1.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12006 of 2015 (2) dt.27-04-2015 submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur in Samastipur Mufassil P.
