The petitioner is in custody since 5.7.2018 in connection with Bihar P.S. Case No. 311 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Section 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Allegation against the petitioner is that he has purchased the stolen vehicle. Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has purchased the vehicle on value consideration from co-accused Rahul Kumar believing him to be the owner of the vehicle. Petitioner is in custody since 5.7.2018.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal
