2. The petitioner is in custody since 02.05.2016 in connection with Turkaulia P.S. Case No. 171 of 2016 for the alleged offences under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and 47(a) of the Bihar Excise Act, 2016.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and the petitioner was not arrested from the place of occurrence nor any incriminating articles were recovered from his possession and in any event the allegation is with regard to recovery of a small quantity of four litres of country made liquor.

4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten
