JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 28-09-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Ashok Paper Mill Case No. 134 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Sections 399, 402 IPC, Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. It is alleged in the written report that petitioner was apprehended and one Pistol loaded with four cartridges has been recovered from his possession.

Petitioner is said to be in custody since 11.12.2017. Counsel for the petitioner submits that investigation has been completed and charge sheet has been submitted. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56756 of 2018 (2) dt.28-09-2018 2/2 bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga, in connection with Ashok Paper Mill Case No. 134 of 2017, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioner.
