Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to remove the defects within four weeks. In the eventuality of nonremoval of defects within undertaken period, the office will place the matter before the Bench.

The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 07.07.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 6990 of 2022 to the extent of extending the period of surrender. On the grounds mentioned in the modification application, the period of surrender is extended by six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in connection with Nawada Muffasil P.S. Case No. 21 of 2021,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50845 of 2022(2) dt.02-11-2022 2/2 pending in the Court learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Nawada, subject to deposit of sum of Rs.2000/- (Rupees Two Thousand) in the Victim Compensation Fund.

The order dated 07.07.2022 is modified to the extent as indicated above.

Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
