2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case, registered for offence punishable under Sections 137(2), 96, 3(5) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the POCSO Act.

3. As per F.I.R., on 15-09-2024 at about 01:00 PM, minor daughter of informant went to purchase goods for daily use from market where accused persons forcibly made her sit on Appache Motorcycle and took away for the purpose of marriage.

4. The victim, in her statement recorded under Section 183 B.N.S.S., has supported the prosecution case and stated that it was this petitioner, who forcibly made her sit on motorcycle, kept her in his house for three days and thereafter, left her in an auto for the police station. The victim has stated her age, as

5. Considering the nature of accusation and statement of victim recorded under Section 183 B.N.S.S., the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
