ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 30-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Bhagwanpur Hat P.S. Case No.22 of 2015 for allegedly having committed the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 504, 506, 364 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the entire case is false and fabricated and has been instituted because of the fact that there is some dispute with regard to the appointment of Anganbari Sewika.

Considering the nature of the allegations and the fact that the injuries are simple in nature, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20289 of 2015 (2) dt.30-07-2015 2/2 below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri M.K. Srivastawa, J.M. 1st Class, Siwan, in connection with Bhagwanpur Hat P.S. Case No.22 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
