The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ishipur Barahat P.S. Case No. 66 of 2015 registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is neither named in the FIR nor anything incriminating was recovered from his possession. His name transpired during investigation, pursuant to which, he was arrested on 18th March, 2016 and, since then, he is rotting in jail. It is further contended that till date the petitioner has not been

Regard being had to the submissions advanced at Bar, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-8th, Bhagalpur in connection with Ishipur Barahat P.S. Case No. 66 of 2015.
