Petitioner being lady is languishing in jail custody since 13.6.2016 in a case registered under section 302 and other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code.

There is general allegation of assault against the petitioner. However, it is the specific case of prosecution that it were co- accused Binod Yadav, Shyamdeo, Sonu and others who assaulted the deceased by means of different weapons. So far as the petitioner is concerned, it is alleged that she along with co- accused Sahni also assaulted with bricks.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in Magadh Medical P.S. Case no. 121/2016.
