Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that his case is entirely covered by the order of this Court dated 18.12.2014 passed in CWJC No. 10184 of 2011 (Vyasdeo Prasad Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors.).

In that view of the mater, the University is directed to consider the case of the petitioner and if it is found that the petitioner's case is covered by the order passed in the aforesaid case

Patna High Court CWJC No.7737 of 2015 dt.10-05-2016 the same benefit will be extended to the petitioner as has been given to Vyasdeo Prasad, the petitioner of the aforesaid case. With the aforementioned observation and direction, this application is disposed of.
