JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-06-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of assaulting the father of the informant by lathi, Dab and iron rod.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are the agnates of the informant and the injury report does not corroborate the accusation levelled. Considering the nature of accusation, let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners if they surrender within a period of six weeks in connection with
