JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 25-09-2019 The petitioner, who is the husband of the deceased, seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 93 of 2019, arising out of Bahadurganj P.S. Case No. 253 of 2018, dated 18.08.2018, instituted for the offence under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the nature of accusation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to him for the present.

However, if there is no substantial progress in the trial, it would be open for the petitioner to approach

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47924 of 2019(4) dt.25-09-2019 2/2 this Court again for grant of bail.

The petition is dismissed with the aforesaid liberty.
