It is stated by Mr. Roy that the Association of the displaced persons had earlier filed a writ petition in which an order dated 03.03.2006 (Annexure-1/A) was passed. If that be the case, then the petitioner has a remedy in law.

If the respondents have breached the direction of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.5274 of 2014 (4) dt.28-10-2016 2/2 Court, the petitioner can very well approach the authority concerned for appropriate order in accordance with law. The application is dismissed.
