The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 149, 323, 307, 379, 341, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

The prosecution case in short is that in the backdrop of trivial issue, an altercation took place between the parties and in consequence, the petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the informant with Khanti as a result of which, the informant sustained bleeding injury.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 21-06-2019 There is case and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48320 of 2019(2) dt.02-08-2019 2/2 counter case between the parties. Free fight is alleged to have taken place between the parties. The injury on the side of the accused has not been explained by the prosecution. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the Complaint Case/F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-Ist, Jehanabad in connection with Shakurabad P.S. Case No. 104 of 2018.
