The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Excise Case No.109 of 2019 registered under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

The Excise official alleged that from the field situated behind the house of the petitioner, 5.085 liters of country made liquor was recovered. From the prosecution report itself, it appears that recovery was made from behind the house of the petitioner which is situated outside the house. Petitioner is a lady.

Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the
