2. The petitioner has alleged non compliance of the order dated 23.11.2015 passed in CWJC No. 10097 of 2012.
3. The sum and substance of the order was to make recovery of Rs. 5,22,000/- from the persons wrongly appointed as Panchayat Teacher.
4. Supplementary show cause has been filed on behalf of the State in which copy of office order dated 29.07.2019 contained in Memo No. 1035 under the signature of the District Education Officer, Bhojpur, Ara has been brought on record. From
Patna High Court MJC No.808 of 2017 dt.06-08-2019 2/2 the same it transpires that seven persons have been directed to submit Bank drafts in favour of the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Bhojpur, Ara within one week. The total amount to be deposited from all those seven persons comes to Rs. 5,22,000/-. The chart also shows that three persons have partly paid the amount.
5. Having regard to the aforesaid, the Court finds that the order dated 23.11.2015 passed in CWJC No. 10097 of 2012, has been complied with substantially. Accordingly, the application stands disposed off.
6. However, the authorities shall ensure that recovery of the entire Rs. 5,22,000/- is made from the persons who have been directed to make such payment without any undue delay, in accordance with law.
