2. The petitioner has filed this writ petition for direction to the respondents to grant some relaxation to the petitioners who were working on the post of Amin on contract basis. This Court vide order dated 21.10.2014 had directed for listing of this case after disposal of LPA No. 388 of 2014. LPA No. 388 of 2014 was disposed of with a direction to the authority to issue fresh advertisement.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the order dated 01.08.2014 passed in LPA No. 388 of 2014 this writ petition has become infructuous.

4. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as have become infructuous.
