Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Buniadganj P.S. Case No. 87 of 2022 registered for the offences under Sections 376, 419 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the instant case. Further submission is that the First Information Report has been lodged after delay of two years without there being any explanation for the same. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
