JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 28-02-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That the petitioner craves indulgence of this Hon'ble Court for issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the order no.68/ 2021-22 issued vide Memo no.1096/Estab. Dated 24.08.2021 as contained in Annexure-4 passed by District Officer, Rohtas, Sasaram and further for payment of remuneration of the petitioner since 2019 till today and further for issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Respondents authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The present writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
