2. From the pleadings, it appears that the admitted dues of the petitioner have been paid. However, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the entire dues based on proper calculation have not been made and accordingly he may be permitted to point out such error in calculation before the concerned authority.

3. Learned counsel for the respondents do not oppose.

4. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to file a detailed representation before the respondents no. 3, 4 and 6, giving details of the calculation on

Patna High Court CWJC No.8100 of 2017 dt.23-04-2018 2/2 which basis his claim with regard to error in calculation has been made. If such a representation is filed within four weeks from today, the authority concerned shall look into the matter and get the same verified from the records and pass a reasoned order within six weeks from the date of filing such representation. If it transpires that any further payment is required to be made to the petitioner, the same shall also be paid within three weeks from the date of passing of the order.
