2. The defects pointed out by the Stamp Reporter is ignored.
3. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the relief sought for by the petitioner, with regard to grant of payment of arrears of salary, gratuity, G.I.C. and L.I.C. etc., for which representation has already been filed, but the authorities have not taken any action.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in similarly situated case, this Court has issued direction to the authorities to consider the representation and decide the claim of
Patna High Court CWJC No.13473 of 2022(3) dt.26-09-2025 2/2 the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of production of a copy of this order.
5. Considering the aforesaid, the petitioner is directed to file detailed representation with supporting documents for grant of aforesaid benefits and if the claim of the petitioner is found genuine, necessary order shall be passed and benefits shall be extended in his favour within the period indicated aforesaid.
