Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences under Sections 399, 402 and 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-B) A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.
Only one mobile set is said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner and the alleged vehicle belongs to the petitioner and the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedents. However, some co-accused persons have already been granted bail by co-ordinate Bench of this court Considering the aforesaid facts and
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30586 of 2016 (2) dt.05-08-2016 circumstances, let the Petitioner, above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Barauni (Refinery) P.S. Case No. 190 of 2016.
