The petitioner seeks bail in Begusarai Nagar P.S. Case No. 199 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Sections 341, 452, 307, 120(B), 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner and informant are Pattidar. There is land dispute between the parties. In the written report petitioner is alleged to be the order giver. The allegation of firing is against son of the petitioner namely, Ankit Das. It is mentioned in the written report that no injury was caused to anybody.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai, in connection with Begusarai Nagar P.S.
