A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the Road Construction Department, wherein a stand has been taken in paragraph 7 that the claim of the petitioner for promotion as

Patna High Court CWJC No.5667 of 2014 dt.02-03-2016 2/2 Assistant Engineer against AMIE quota on the basis of the year of vacancy will be considered after a request is made to B.P.S.C. to hold a DPC.

Writ application is disposed off with a hope that an early decision in this regard would be taken and the outcome communicated to the petitioner preferably within a period of four months from the date of communication / production of a copy of this order.
