No. 17576 of 2014 questioning the action of the respondent university in denying affiliation to the appellant institution for the second time. This court passed an order dated 27.03.2015 taking note of certain facts. A counter affidavit is filed on behalf of respondent no.4 on 27th April 2015 stating that the University has granted provisional affiliation to the petitioner's institution and pointed the defects that are to be rectified for grant of regular affiliation.
