1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Suryagarha P.S. Case No. 03 of 2025 registered for the offences under Sections 191(2), 126(2), 115(2), 329(3) and 109(1) of B.N.S. and Section 27 of Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, on 05.01.2025, at about 7:00 A.M., the informant along with his brother was feeding the cattle. In the meantime, the petitioner and the other co-accused persons armed variously with Lathi, Danda and Rifle came to his house and started abusing and assaulting him. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submit that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the instant case due to a land dispute between the parties. Further submission is that there is no specific overt act alleged against the petitioner. Petitioner has three criminal antecedents.

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail and submits that the petitioner was a member of the mob who attacked the informant causing grievous injury to him.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner above named be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection
