The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 461/379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution case in short is that in the night of 23-04-2019, the unknown miscreants committed theft in the mobile shop of the informant.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 18-05-2019. There is no recovery of any incriminating article from possession of the petitioner. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is not named in the Complaint Case/F.I.R.

Case No. 176 of 2019.
