This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Adapur P.S. Case No. 197 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has caused grievous injury to the injured, I am not inclined to grant him anticipatory bail. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed.
