Petitioners pray for bail in connection with Purushottampur P.S.Case No. 10 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376(D)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 5(g) of POCSO Act.

Allegation as per FIR is of gang rape against the petitioners and other accused persons.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that the medical report does not support the prosecution case and they have falsely been implicated in this case and they are in custody since 4.4.2018.

Heard learned APP also.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55026 of 2018 (2) dt.10-10-2018 2/2 Having heard both sides and in view of allegation and the victim girl was minor, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.

This application is, accordingly, dismissed.
