The Petitioner seeks transfer of Matrimonial Case No. 86 of 2013 from the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Madhubani to the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna, for stake of convenience.
Considering that the Petitioner claims to be financially constrained and is not in a position to pursue the case at Madhubani, the application is allowed and the Matrimonial Case No. 86 of 2013 pending before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Madhubani, is transferred to the Family Court, Patna.
