JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 21-11-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner who submits that the present petition has become infructuous due to election recently held for legislative assembly and seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.

2. A perusal of record shows that the proceeding in the present matter was stayed vide order dated 22.03.2024 passed by Hon'ble Apex Court in SLP No. 28145 of 2023. However, a communication has been received from Hon'ble Supreme Court with the information that the petition before the Supreme Court was dismissed as withdraw on 19th September, 2025.

3. In the light of aforesaid facts and circumstances, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn as having become infructuous.
