25-04-2018 Heard Sri Prabhu Nath Pathak, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.C. to Addl. Advocate General - 5 as well as Sri Shailendra Kumar Singh, learned counsel for opposite party/Bihar State Food & Civil Supplies Corporation Ltd.

In this case, by filing supplementary show cause on behalf of the opposite party no. 2, it has been indicated that order of the writ court has already been complied with and in compliance with the order of the writ court, an order, contained

Patna High Court MJC No.583 of 2017(4) dt.25-04-2018 2/2 in Memo No. 1922 dated 17-04-2018, has already been issued and copy of same has been brought on record, as Annexure R/4. Learned counsel for the petitioner did not dispute the fact regarding issuance of order.

Moreover, the State has already preferred an appeal and decided to comply the order with condition that said decision will be subject to result of the L.P.A. Since order of the writ court has already been complied with in its letter and spirit, there is no need to further proceed with the matter.

The petition stands disposed of.
