The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Complaint Case No. 1790 of 2013, registered for the offences punishable under Section 379 of other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The complainant made allegation that the petitioners came to her shop and demanded extortion and also snatched Rs. 10,000/- from his pocket.

It is submitted that the occurrence took place on 18.10.2013 but the complaint petition was filed on 22.10.2013. There is a business rivalry between them and that is why the complainant lodged this case making allegation after four

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above named in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Sanjeev Kumar, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Saharsa in connection with Complaint Case No. 1790/2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
