JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 26-07-2024 The learned counsel for the opposite parties submits that in view of the interim order dated 18.2.2019, passed by this Court, in CWJC No. 2913 of 2019, directing the Respondents not to make any recovery from the petitioner, no order of recovery has been issued by the opposite parties, as has been stated categorically paragraph no. 9 of the show cause, filed in the present case.

In view of the aforesaid, this Court does not feel

Patna High Court MJC No.1929 of 2021(2) dt.26-07-2024 2/2 persuaded to proceed further in the matter, however, the petitioner is granted liberty to agitate his subsisting grievances, if any in the pending writ petition i.e. the one bearing CWJC No. 2913 of 2019.

Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
