The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Buxar (T) P.S. Case no. 341 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 498(A) and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. Satrudhan Choudhary made allegation against the petitioners, who are husband and other in-laws of the deceased, that his daughter was married with Hiraman Chaudhary. His daughter was being subjected to torture for demand of dowry and she was done to death.
It is submitted that wife of Hiraman Chaudhary
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16087 of 2015 (2) dt.28-04-2015 2/2 accidentally got fire while she was cooking. She was brought to district hospital Gajipur for treatment. She was under treatment for 17 days. She made her statement before the Doctor in the hospital and she stated the facts that she accidentally got fire. Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the informant filed a case within the jurisdiction of Buxar Town Police Station, although accident took place in the district of Gajipur, the petitioners above named in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Buxar (T) P.S. Case No. 341 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
