Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Harilakhi P.S. Case No. 35 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Informant who is the father of the deceased has alleged that petitioner (husband) along with other family members killed his daughter and thereafter cremated her dead body.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent and has committed no offence. He has been falsely implicated in this case. It has been further submitted that wife of the petitioner (deceased) has committed suicide by

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51938 of 2018(2) dt.04-10-2018 2/2 setting herself ablaze. After investigation police has submitted chargesheet under Section 306 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 09.03.2018.

Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge- VII, Madhubani in connection with Sessions Trial No. 209 of 2018 arising out of Harilakhi P.S. Case No. 35 of 2018.
