The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 341, 323, 332, 379, 353 & 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Three named accused persons including the petitioners and 10 unknown miscreants are said to have blocked the road and when the informant arrived to lift the blockage they made attack on him, tore some documents and took away the rest. They also snatched his

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have no concern with the aforesaid occurrence. As a matter of fact, some altercation took place between the informant and the petitioners over row of seeking residential certificate from the informant and due to aforesaid reason the informant has lodged this false and frivolous case against them. The allegation levelled against the petitioners is not specific rather general and omnibus in nature. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Learned APP for the State opposed the bail petition.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No.
