The petitioner seeks bail in connection with K. Hat P.S. Case No. 1115 of 2021 dated 28.11.2021 instituted for the offences under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner has not been named in the F.I.R. and his implication in this case is only on the basis of confession of a co-accused who now has been granted bail.

The petitioner is in custody since 15.04.2022. Nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Regard being had to the aforenoted facts, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52051 of 2022(2) dt.23-12-2022 2/2 bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with K. Hat P.S. Case No. 1115 of 2021.
