Despite ample opportunities were given to the petitioner to produce her witnesses but she failed to do so. Office has reported that learned Counsel for the petitioner has not filed challan/receipt of Rs. 1,000 (One thousand Only), Rs. 5,000/- (Five Thousand Only), Rs. 1,000 (One thousand Only) and Rs. 1,000/- (One thousand Only) towards compliance of this Court's order dated 31.10.2023, 28.11.2023, 08.01.2024 and 22.01.2024 respectively.

It seems that petitioner has lost her interest in this election petition.

Since, learned counsel for the petitioner has failed to produce her witness on several occasions and also failed to deposit fine imposed vide non compliance of several order through challan/receipt in the coffer of Patna High Court Legal Services Committee.

In view of the above, this present election petition stands dismissed for non-compliance of this Court's order
