====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 09-10-2018 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. This petition is filed for restoration of Civil Review No.362 of 2016, which was dismissed on 25.01.2017 for nonprosecution. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to fault of his Advocate Clerk, the daily cause list could not be marked and the learned counsel for the petitioner also did not receive the message on his mobile phone as a result of which the learned counsel could not appear on call and consequently the civil review petition is dismissed.

Being satisfied with the explanation offered by the petitioner, the restoration petition is allowed. Civil Review No.362 of 2016 is restored to its original file. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) S.KUMAR/- U
