The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Sidhwalia P.S. Case No. 11 of 2018 registered under Sections 323, 498A and 406 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the nature of allegation and the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner never ever subjected the informant to cruelty for non-fulfillment of demand of dowry and she herself is not willing to settle in her matrimonial home and that on account of incompatibility, the instant case has been instituted, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55593 of 2018 (2) dt.20-09-2018 2/2 bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VI, Gopalganj in connection with Sidhwalia P.S. Case No. 11 of 2018 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
