2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner informs this Court that petitioner has started receiving pension, but gratuity, leave encashment, insurance and G.P.F have not been paid to him. It is further informed that petitioner had retired from the service from the post of Panchayat Sachiv of Jagdishpur, Bhagalpur on 31.08.2016.

Considering the nature of relief sought in the present writ petition, the petitioner, if so advised, may file a detailed representation before the respondent no.3 the District Panchayat Raj Officer, Bhagalpur, who will ensure the payment of remaining retiral dues within a period of three weeks. The District Provident Officer, Bhagalpur must ensure the payment of provident fund due to the petitioner. In case of failure, in making payment of remaining retiral dues to the petitioner within the aforesaid period of three weeks, appropriate action will be taken against all the concerned respondents. The petitioner is at liberty to approach this Court for taking appropriate action against the concerned officers, who violates the order willfully.

5. With the above observations and directions, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
