The petitioners are aggrieved by an interlocutory order dated 14.01.2014/15.01.2014 passed in Land Ceiling Case No. 8 of 2013 by the respondent DCLR, Aurangabad, as contained in Annexure-8, whereby the petitioners being subsequent purchasers have been directed to be added as party respondents in the aforesaid land ceiling (pre-emption case). The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent nos.4 and 5, at the very outset, submitted that the aforesaid Land Ceiling (Pre-emption) case No. 8 of 2013 has already been finally disposed of by order dated 07.07.2015 and claim of pre-emption raised on behalf of the respondent nos. 4 and 5 has already been allowed.
