Petitioner seeks bail in Turkauliya P.S. Case No.190 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 379 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that First Information Report is against unknown. Name of the petitioner has come during investigation on the basis of confessional statement of the petitioner recorded by the police. Petitioner is said to be in custody since 23.04.2018.
