Both the counsels submitted on instruction that the present matter could be disposed of in the light of order dated 27.01.2025 passed in LPA No. 717 of 2024 (The State of Bihar & Ors. vs. Ram Sagar Pathak) and connected matters.
3. Accordingly, the present LPA No. 719 of 2024 stands disposed of in terms of the order dated 27.01.2025 passed in LPA No. 717 of 2024.
