The petitioner is in custody in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 427 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation against the petitioner is that he was involved in theft of motorcycle.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The petitioner is in custody since 31.5.2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand)
